I didn't really expect a comment on a deviation from my scraps

That's actually the point, lol.
I didn't really think the art style matched the situation and comic overall. I made this months ago anyways.

Ah, so that's what you meant by "it's all a joke"
Regardless, he's got a point.

that's why it was in bold print

that's all from the comic The Killing Joke

throughout the comics the "just one bad day" part of the speech has been proven and disproved multiple times

examples of proving it: Two-Face, Clayface, Poison Ivy, Jason Todd (Red Hood)
examples of disproving it: Commissioner Gordon (in this comic), Barbara Gordon (in this comic)

can't say much about the world war 2 part

i can certainly say that when you're insane you're probably the last one to know, the joker is a definitely an example of being insane and being the first one to know

When something has been proven and disproved multiple times, the viewer's going to have to think about it themselves. They'll have to decide if they believe it or not, In most cases anyway

That's quite a contradiction. If they know they're insane, it usually makes me wonder what they're up to.

(um oops my whole reply is underlined)

i can't tell anymore with The Joker's speech, but he's The Joker we'll never understand The Joker, you know this comic ends? Batman and the Joker laughing at the Joker's jokeΒ www.youtube.com/watch?v=hH-1G5… ;

yes, much like Sweet Tooth (from Twisted Metal) who is crazy and he admits it as his head burns i cannot predict Mr Needles Kane i cannot predict his wish, i cannot his special weapon, i cannot predict his own antics, same with the Joker

(That's okay)

It seems like Batman's trying to understand the joker, indirectly. The Joker's convoluted so I wouldn't be sure myself. Amazing art, on the side note.

I'd think abstract about it.
I wouldn't guarantee it though because I don't like thinking abstract.

you know that's a perfect analysis. Β and yes the art is amazing those are direct panels from The Killing Joke back in 1976 if i remember correctly

thinking abstract is difficult

I see What else would you expect? They're DC after all. Marvel's art is just as good.

It is. The fact that I'm in deviantART - an art site - doesn't change my concrete way of thinking.

my facts are incorrect it's 1988 when this comic hit the market and yes Β and apparently the movie The Dark Knight is based on The Killing Joke though i don't know the well known marvel comics i know way more about DC

no it does not, i over-analyze story content all the time in video games and comic books

Too bad I've never seen The Dark Knight The Killing Joke actually seemed interesting so I'm wondering how The Dark Knight would use that content.

I usually do that during school and video games I was once devoted to.
