Personality: When Piper decided to add a couple of these beautiful animals to her stable she wanted to make sure she found the best representation of the breed. The Fawnling had to be kind, approachable, and good minded but conformation was important as well. She wanted to find a Fawnling with the best build to properly convey the beauty of the breed. She found all that and more in Cleona. She is not only a farm favorite, but a favorite of every person who meets her. She loves people and is the first to approach when she's out in the paddock with the horses. However don't let her calm demeanor fool you she runs, jumps, bucks and romps with the horses. She can be high strung when not turned out on a regular basis and can be barn sour. When she is taken to shows or expos she behaves like a lady, as long as she has a buddy near her.

History: Cleona came from a small breeding facility. The focus on quality not quantity and strive to breed the best of the best. All of their Fawns are handled since birth and are taught to love people. Piper heard from a friend with Fawnlings about this farm. She set out and found a beautiful facility tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Tennessee. When she got to the farm the first animal to greet her was a small perlino fawn with big blue eyes. It was love at first sight, and the rest is history.
