I like to imagine he have another complex merman shapeshifting form , with the tails and the merman ears and pikes ( even if the pikes (natural armor) are a little bit smaller and his scales a bit tender maybe , well at leats not that hard and more souple , and lighter!(rather than tender), when he wish too
even if it's hard to obtain and need several days to accomplish the change!

that would be interesting heh, sadly I don't have much say in the matter as it's not my character and doesn't seem to have any interest in writing any more about him but that would be cool.

Yeah.. sadly he doesn't not really focusing on this character has I have seen (I've almost finish the chapter 6) it's rather an story based upon drizzt become , I mean.. not becoming a father. xD

The only chapter about the fatherhood is at the end. ^^

well I mean the author has another story that puts more focus on Salmryn as he's growing up but they never finished it and they don't write Drizzt stories anymore.

Well now, that is just awsome looking. You can even tell he's half drow and you did the aquatic parts of him really well too. I also like it you posed him swimming. I like this.

I adore how you made him. Hell, this really shows exactly what I had in mind for what he looked like. The scales, the fin-like ears, and the webbed hands (oh those fabulous webbed hands) are just amazing, love all the details. I also love the watery background, so realistic looking. Damn this is better than what I could do, but after seeing this I definitely want to draw more of Salmryn now. More people need to know what he looks like.

hehe, I certainly did my best ^.^ I love drawing aquatic huminoids. Sea Elves are my fave. If i could breath underwater that would rock.
