Description
I took an old WPA poster (inset) and I liked the simplicity of colors and shapes and tried redoing it and sorta made it my own with the usual pin-up flair. The Italian was just something that made it seem cool at the time. That and the fact that I didn't want it to be the main part of the piece.Related content

I love it! particularly since I'm a photography fan and a fan of your art as well.
Only one comment: As usual when you draw with so many elements composition becomes tricky. I like how your white outline creates a shield against tangents... yet the pesky critters still appear, like at the top of her curl and the building on the right. Compositionally she might be better a smidge to the left.
But as always, my quirky observations are but a grain of sand in the giant eyeball that is your excellent art.
