While I do remember this design aswell, it is always curious to look at. But I didn't remember it was a refinery

Well, I already have. In the build version of SGI and everything but the last three made it into the PBR update of SGR. I expect there will be a 1.94 version of SGR launching this week as well once the patch drops and even this last one is already ready to go for that release (although it's the Ancient Culture Center in SGR).
