Finally managed to colour something properly!
As I promised, here`s a coloured picture of one of my Unicorn-Lions.Some of you had a few questions about this species :
1. They`re herbivores, so they got hooves instead of front paws with claws.Since unicorns are known to be peaceful creatures they don`t kill others.
Besides, the front paws/hind horse legs-version looked weird.2. I didn`t give them a more lionish mane ยดcause I wanted them to clearly look like unicorn/lion hybrids and not just like a normal lion with a pair of hooves and a horn.
3. I`m gonna draw a female soon.Haven`t thought about it earlier but I like the idea. ^_^

Do you know actually that I was thinking about making a character, for RP, that is a white lion-unicorn hybrid. O.O And here I see it's been made!! This is astounding, actually! Oh my gosh. <33 But my character is female so I'm eagerly awaiting that!! AAaah. Would I maybe poossiblyy be able to use your picture in reference to my character? I did a "leocorn" doodle years ago, but it was a considerable contrast to your concept here. lol The Leocorns were very definitely predators, and they had the leonine paws in the front and hooves in the back. xD I love this though--it looks lovely. <3

wow the Irony.. I did a few drawings of the exact same thing several years ago.. I've been meaning to revisit the idea since, but never have. This version is pretty much exactly like the ones I did only mine do have manes, and I call them Leocorns... I think they'r still up on my old elfwood gallery.. which I haven't updated in forever. I wonder how many other people have crossed the same two animals and how they turned out. this is too funny

Hey, I love it! I'm a fan of Lions, I have an unfinished drawn one in my profile if you want to see it. ^^' And aweseome species, I would have never thought of it. And I agree on the hoof paw things that the hooves should be in the front. I dre something sort of like that...yet different as well. Mine's more based off of the Japanese unicorn, which suposedly has a lion's head, scales and an antler-like horn.
Anyway, 'tis nice.
