Fang the Sniper or Weasel.Sort of gave Fang a more human body look, with a boonie hat replacing his original hat.
He has a modified Intervention rifle with the mag inserted behind the trigger grip.

Why a modified Intervention instead of something else already in a bullpup configuration, i.e. Dragunov SVU or M95?

Maybe he likes the appearance of it, and decided to modify it himself...
Maybe he doesn't like other weapons because of it doesn't fit his taste, as Fang has a big ego.

That conversion would be a lot of work, but then snipers do tend to get attached to their tools of the trade.
The M95 shoots a big bullet (.50 BMG vs Intervention's .408/.375). Seems like a reasonable fit for an egomaniac.

Well probably Fang just doesn't like these kind of things. Well what I see him as.
Of course it would be better trade with a better weapon rather than convert it, but I just think that he doesn't like other weapons, based on what I view his personality.
