Ah but the difference being is shading my friend. All of my stuff is shaded now, even this coloured piece. And I'm getting better at drawing pony anatomy. Heck, I've even used cross-hatchets!

That's one thing that I don't like about colour. Someone could have done the best graphite drawing in the world, but I promise you that if someone done a half arsed copy of it in colour that the copy would receive more press and renown. Now I'm not saying that I'm the best graphite artist out there, in fact I'm FAR from it, but what I am saying that I find it a pity that people see pretty colours and automatically assume it's better than its graphite equivalent.
