Alrighhhht~! My entry was just in the time for !Terror-the-Hedgehog 's contest!I honestly do like how it turned out, there's simply many things to complain about, hehe xD;
At first I thought his design was good, but then I realized it looked a bit too "ancient" for my tastes. Then I realized his shoes create a reaction that just says "....no." But it was too late to change it D: Not sure about his weapon either XD I think the rainbow dangly things remove some of the epic evilness. xD BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE PRETTY! 8D *slapped*
Then, I wondered whether he really should have been black, because normal Terror is black anyway. But white, despite being black's opposite, doesn't give off the same evil aura, so I kept his colour and instead made his eyes black |D Creeeeeepyyyy~
Still, I like how especially the colouring and bg came out C8 Simple, but it works.
*insert over 9000 moar things to complain about*
So yeah...enough complaining, just enjoy the picture or something XD

Ooooh! Very well done! The shading is really nice and the highlights on the shiny gold stuff is so purty! Just one thing that bugs me is that his cloak or whatever he's wearing is kind of blending in with the background making it harder to see.

I really like the design, 'specially his eyes. I've never seen anyone do a sonic character's eyes black before, personally. It has a cool effect.
And I truly like his shoes, 'cept the right one looks a tad askew... But the coloring makes up for it ten times over!

Yeah, black eyed Sonic characters are very rarely seen, though I've seen it happen.
