;_; I'm sorrrrryyyyy! I've had a ton on my plate, but I've got nothing scheduled tomorrow so I'll be able to do it!
I'll leave out the text for you to add when it's done, cause my hand writing sucks and my version of photoshop is crashtastic.
I WILL get it done! I haven't forgotten! I've just been super busy all over the place. If you've got skype, hit me up via Kryptchild tonight and tomorrow to remind me!

Save the vector to your computer, open it with whatever media viewer you have, then simply copy/paste into the editing software (be it MSPaint or Photoshop, shouldn't matter), their should no longer be the black background. Hope I can help! ouo

Still overlaps... I just want the vector to overlap, not the background... UGH!

I'm not sure I know what you mean by overlap :c sorry is it a problem with wanting the character to look like they are interacting (hugging or standing next to each other whist crossing hooves [or something]) and the vectors are just being their own layer or... TT^TT sorry that I'm confused, I'd really like to help though o3o

When I try to put the image on the banner, the whit part takes up about 30% of the image, where I just want the vector, not the giant white part.

Hm... Try and make sure that the Vector is a .png with transparency?... What program are you using for making the banner?
