My boyfriend's mom asked me if I could make her a pretty picture 'cause she wants to hang a something on the walls of where she works at. I've gone through so many ideas on what to make for her and settled with this since she asked for a fairy picture that's cobalt blue.

I made a few tweaks here and there with the final picture (what would 3200x2500 px be in inches??) but I'm very pleased with how it came out.

I worked on this thing for like 8 hours or more last night since I was all "hnnnggghhhhh I need to start and finish it nooowwww"

Used Sai for the most part, then PS CS2 for the background, atmosphere, pretty effects
