I've had this kickin' around for a while now, finally decided to finish it.The all-terrain agile battle tank, SOPHIA the 3rd from the game Blaster Master for the NES.
Found by Jason Frudnick at the bottom of a hole that he jumped down chasing his pet frog, Fred, right after it had been mutated by some radioactive material in his back yard.
