This is my pick for Songbird.Reason for Casting: Akerman's a great actress who I enjoyed in Watchmen. She has the body for the role, and I think she has what it takes to pull off Songbird. And it's not like I'm casting Cameron Diaz.

I haven't seen Cameron Diaz (or Christina Ricci as psylockefan stated) overcast for Songbird. Nonetheless, I like this choice.

Oh, I wasn't saying that they are overcasted...I was saying that they are the only other actresses I have seen casted in the role. And they aren't really good choices, honestly.

Fantastic choice! This is much better than seeing Cameron Diaz or Christina Ricci, who are both completely wrong for the role. Malin should do more action genre related work, and Songbird would be great for her!
I will be recasting my Songbird choice, because I think my choice was a tad too young.
