This is Lexi Moonbeam the Artic Fox my forth universal character from the Sonic universe. Hope to see her in some Rps and stories.

Bio -
Race - Artic Fox
Fur Color - Snow Night Blue around the body, upper arms and thighs, Snow White around forearms, knees, lower legs, feet, the tip of the tail, and ears.
Hair Color - Aquamarine
Eye Color - Indigo
3 Feet 5 Inches (Mobian Form)
5 Feet 6 Inches (Anthro Form)
Age : 19
Theme Music - Back 2 Back (Sonic Rush)

Alignment: Good

History -
Fed up with living the snow cap tundra of the Ice Mountain Zone, Lexi decided to go out and start venturing around the world look for new adventures. She grew up in the icy areas where she learned and gained her special abilities. Her parents are alive but live in the Ice Mountain Zone because they love it there, since there is nothing there to bother them.

But one day Thanks to Robotnik's Ice drill machine they had to move to another location in the Ice Mountain Zone. It caused breakups in the ice and snow causing avalanches and large gaps in the ice nearly trapping her and her family. Once everything was settled back down... she got the taste of adventure and action from the attack at an early age.

Once she was old enough to venture on her own, not only vowed revenge on Robotnik but also to have some fun so she left the tundra for life changing adventures.

Personality -
Tomboyish, Funny, Ready for anything exciting, Where the party is at, Very upfront, loves adventure, Friendly and caring, has a bad habit of running on all fours, Though can't stand being bored she will do anything for excitement.

Likes -
Being a pervert, working out, her tail, being cuddled, Video Games, TV/Cartoons/Anime, Being and hanging with friends, Going out a lot/Traveling, Having fun, Challenges, Backyard Sports, Martial arts, Doing something new.

Dislikes -
People that get in her way, Being told she can’t do what she wants, Evildoers, Uppity People/Jackasses, Mean People, boring people, anything that doesn't get her attention.

Strengths:

Lexi’s special Abilities - Each character has Abilities that are in Levels like RPGs or just a special ability only. 1 being the lowest and 3 is the highest. And no these can’t be upgraded unless something happens to that character (Tails Inventions, Emeralds, ect…)

Super Agility (Lv. 4 Special - Because of her living in harsh conditions) -
Able to Wall Run in any direction, can Wall Jump (Triangle Jump) up walls, can run a high speed (Slightly faster then Tucuya.). Can jump up to about 50 feet in the air. Can glide using her tail.

Super Strength (Lv. 2) - Can lift up to 500 lbs and still use all of the above abilities while carrying the weight.

Ice Element Energy User - Using the ability to throw or surround herself (Aura) with Ice energies.

Street Fighter Abilities - Can use a few Street Fighter Special and Super Combo moves from a few characters.

Fighting Style - Mixed Martial arts, Grappling/Wrestling/Submission.

Ice Resistance (Lv. 4 Special – Because of her fur.) – Ice attacks don’t do any damage to her.

Water Resistance (Lv. 4 Special – Because of her fur.) –Water attacks don’t do any damage to her.

Lexi will take an additional 20% damage from Wind Attacks

Lexi's Special Moves - (Special Moves are divided into categories. (V) Velocity Special - this is a Super Combo move like Street Fighter Alpha‘s Lv. 1 Special Combo. (UV) Ultimate Velocity Special - Same as the Velocity Special except its upgraded to Lv. 2 Special Combo. (CD) Chaos Death - The Maximum Special Combo attack but can only be used while in a Super Form. (Please note there are other special attacks but these are the characters favorite moves to use.)

Special Attack Calls: Ice, Frost/Frosty, Frozen, Freeze, Icicle. (Ex: Ice Shot, Frozen Burst)

Frosty Shot - Fires a freezing ice ball with 1 hand.

Frozen Burst - Fires a larger freezing ice ball with 2 hands like Ryu‘s Hadoken doing 3 to 4 hits before freezing the opponent.

Icicle kick - A sharp flying kick that can pierce though almost any object including some energy projectiles can do up to 5 hits as it pierces though the object. (Can be used in the air)

Ice Belt - She punches the ground which releases a freezing effect that covers the whole ground in a 20 foot radius in ice and can also freeze her enemy in it.

Frostbite - Similar to Tucuya’s Backfire move, she grapples you and freezes you and slams you into a wall or on the ground.

Ice Wall (V) - Forms a huge Ice Wall in front of her and can use it for defense or push it at high speed to freeze and crash into anything.

Ice Beam (V) - Bringing her hands up in a Ryu Hadoken still move, Throws out a Huge Beam of Ice energy incasing the enemy in a Block of Ice.

Splitting Icicle (UV) - Form a huge Icicle that breaks off in to 20 Icicles doing multi-hit attack. (30 - 40 hit combo)

Emerald Abilities - Depending on what emeralds she uses she gain new abilities. When she has all 7 she becomes Super Lexi.

Note: Lexi can only use the Chaos Emeralds.

Blue - Ice element attack increases 100 fold
Cyan - Ice element attack increases 50 fold
White/Gray - Ice element attack increases 10 fold
All the other emeralds increases strength 3 fold

Falling Avalanche (CD) - Throwing both her arms down a hail of Ice Walls fall in front of her followed by a larger version of her Ice Beam and finishing with a Splitting Icicle.
