Description Nature Painting Experiment...

Created my own brush texture and then started painting away with my new color swatch and used some available textured brushes to add a dimension to it, some is mine.

Whew, what an inspiration from more than 2 hours hike last Saturday in perfect weather, low sun, and autumn leaves!!! Breathtaking! I'm even thinking about uploading my photographs here if you're interested.

This is beautiful! The vaguely-defined forms give the impression that one is looking at the scenery in the reflection of a pool.

love the sense pf depth, color palette, atmosphere composition, well just about everything! This sketch is both fun and intense to look at. I shall have to look into using color swatches!

Wow hi! I'm honored that you left a comment here! ^^ I'm thinking about make a new journal for all resources that I used and my method of painting... in that, the color swatch script and swatches will be provided. I think it's too useful for people to miss! Maybe you're interested?

I'm glad the composition is working out well, it used to be one of my weakest areas when it comes to art. Thank you very much for your comment!

Oh yes, I very much admire someone that can paint something so quickly and manage to bring a whole new world to life in the process. And obviously, I'm all about learning new stuff!

Thank YOU for continuing to share your work.

Aw, thank you for your sweeeeet comment! That made my day worthwhile, studying art almost nonstop last few days can sometimes drive me to insane over-critic state... thank god it is just temporary!

As you probably know, your works have been an inspiration to me, you have your own unique style in both colors and ideas -- it's always refreshing to see yours, indeed great inspiration all around. Now when I think of it, I gotta attempt to paint an animal sometimes, that'd be a nice challenge, for sure to push myself out of my comfortable zone! If I ever do that, I'll dedicate it to you!
