Personality:
In Yuri’s debut, she is shown to be a very quiet, caring girl with a cute smile to the point of having people crying out how cute she is when around and smiling. She was shown as Gray’s little fan girl and would cling to his arm whenever she was around him, much to the dislike of Juvia once she joined the guild. She soon warmed up to Juvia and soon became one of her fan girls as well, often seen fawning over Juvia and Gray whenever their together.
During the Tenrou Island skip, Yuri became quiet and closed off, cutting off her own uncle and teammates to the point of loneliness and depression. She was to the point of being ready to leave the guild until the day they returned. Overtime, she became less depressed and more kind towards other again. Although shy, Yuri was welcoming to others, much to the excitement of Wakaba and her team.
Yuri is a kind, sweet girl who loves to care for others. She has a very strong will to protect everyone she meets and has a large heart. Yuri is close to her team, Gray Fullbuster, Juvia Lockser, Levy McGarden and Sting Eucliffe.
History:
Yuri was born in x775 to West Mine and Yuuki Farren in Magnolia along with her brother Akihiko. When she was born, Yuri’s mother died shortly after due to a disease that she contracted during the birth of her children and her father died when the twins were five. Once he died, his brother Wakaba and his family took Yuri into their home and raised the twins together along with his own daughter. At the age of 6, she began to show up around Fairy Tail and quickly became close with 15-year-old Gray Fullbuster, following him around wherever he went. When Lucy joined the guild, Yuri would often be shown attempting to calm the blonde down which would always earn her an affectionate tug on her braided pigtails from Gray and Natsu.
Before their departure to Tenrou Island, Gray knelt down to a depressed Yuri and tugged on her braid, promising her that he would return and S-ranked wizard and take her on a bunch of missions with him. When they didn’t return and the news of Tenrou’s distruction reached Fairy Tail, Yuri became rather depressed and introverted.

Appearance: In her initial debut, Yuri is shown to have shoulder length blonde hair that she holds back in two braided pigtails. She wears a simple blue dress, black sandals and a black over coat along with her signature black head band. Her bangs fall slightly into her eyes and she’s missing one of her front teeth.
After the the Tenrou Island incident, Yuri is wearing a simple powder blue dress much like Mirajane wore before she disappeared that has no shoulders and is accompanied with her black headband and a necklace that contains two small purple crystals that she can use to create her spells with. Her blonde hair is knee length and she wears it in a braid that hangs to her lower back. She’s created a similar style to Gray’s Ice Make but it’s crystal’s instead. She pairs this with a pair of black flats.
During the Tartourus Arc and after the year time skip, Yuri wears a red and black sweater, a blue halter top with a gray and white vest over it and a black and gray skirt. She also wears a pair of gray leggings with a halter around her left thigh that holds a wand for her magic and a pair of black boots. Her black headband is still present. Yuri has cut her hair shorter and it hangs down to her waist in a long, straight style.
Trivia:
-Yuri and Gray got together shortly after the war after Juvia decided to go on a solo mission of travel.
-Yuri’s brother dies in the war against Alvarez and causes her to go into complete depression.
-Yuri loves pairing her friends in the craziest ways and isn’t afraid of shipping her friends ie; Gray and Natsu, Gajeel and Levy, Gray and Juvia, Natsu and Lucy, Akihiko and Cana, Adonia and Loke etc.
-Yuri is very insecure of her body and tends to hide it behind baggy clothing.
-In the future, Yuri wishes to reopen her families flower boutique and raise a child with Gray.
-Yuri was the first to confess to Gray before the war with Alvarez. When Yuri consoles Gray after Juvia almost dies, Gray kisses her and confesses.
-Yuri is the only other mage besides Levy to give birth to twins.
