Why is there water rising from the view of her feet? Just curious.

It's a part of the fountain where she is located. The statue is against the back wall, with the pool of water and the fountain in front. Short of actually climbing into the pool itself, there was no real way to get a photo of the full statue without some of the water from the fountain showing. I would have climbed right in, but there were a lot of people around at the time, and the fountain is in the courtyard of a church, and I really didn't want to have to try to explain myself to everyone lol.
