Description Schizophrenia

I am more then one...
One that is cheerful, one that is sad.
One that is good, one that is bad.
One that is alive and one that is dead.

I am all that and more...
All those voices, but what is that!
They never stop, those voices in my head.
No matter what, they are always in my mind.

I am not, I am not...
One tells me to cower and I do, the other says be happy and I smile.
When I am king, all be fast against the wall.
Seven voices, voices that don't matter at all.

I am less than one...
I am not one nor am I more, I am much less.
They are voices, voices of the seven demons in my head.
One for each day, seven a week.

Am I or am I not...
Seven voices, voices that rule my day.
Seven voices, voices that speak my week away.
I would be none, empty and alone...

If not for the seven voices in my head.

I absolutely love the expression and the eyes... The poem and the drawing make such a great concept together Did you use sepia color pencils or is it just the scan that gives it a brounish tint? Nevertheless it looks great

What is most amazing: if I didn't know the title of the picture, I'd call it 'schizophrenia'. His face, his look express this mental disease in most incredible way!

You named the picture before or after drawing it? I mean, did you intend it to be schizpohrenic's face from the begining?

I did name the drawing before even starting to draw it and intended/tried to get the facial expression as close to what the mental disease looks like to me, btw thank you very much.
