I have a lot to talk about so please read!


It has been almost a year since i have done one of these i am very behind they have came out with so much more characters since then!



A little background info in case ya'll dont know the origins in these: 

I love Monster High and MLP. So in 2011 i decided to ponify the MH ghouls for fun in my first ever crossovers(Frankie Pony was actually the first MLP FIM styled pony i have ever done. So you can thank the Monster High characters for getting me to draw cartoon ponies ). But since then i have made in my personal goal to ponify all the official MH girls that are displayed on there website. 




This is Catty Noir ponified. She is a Werecat in Monster High, turned into a pony. i am a little sad i hid her tail, originally she had a fluffy kitty tail


******This is also my very first fully completed Water Colour drawing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ASDSfljdkllsjglgf >.

I used water colour, coloured pencil and gel pens for this picture. 


If anyone one has any tips on water colour i would love to hear them. i have used them in school when i was younger and never liked it but its nice to try something other then pencils sometimes xD

Monster High really has given light to werecats but I love this gal's colors. The pink fits with her colors and she's lovely.

Will you sometime do her...friend Casta? I love that one because I think she's the first actual witch in monster high, but also she's Circe's daughter who is my fav.

Will you also do some of the new monsters? Like Wydowna, Twyla, Bonita, and Sirena? (Especially the last given you did an excellent merpony previously)

I think they have too many werecats xD Although i don't think they have made any recently, i have not been paying attention as much anymore because i dont have the funds to collect the dolls so i do not want to disappoint myself xD 

I do plan on doing all of them but i just havent had the time to do so. i was actually going to draw one last night but i had other more important adult things to do Dx

Five doesn't seem too much and each one is quite different from the next. That is more attention than usual, I think the last mentioning of werecats was in Scooby Doo. I would like the dolls, some of them but I'm content just looking at the pictures.

Alright, well when you can then you can but it's exciting to see them and you have both an unique style and also portray them well.

Wow, this is gorgeous! Your watercolour work is amazing! You should do it more often, it looks so natural and smooth I love the amount of detail you did in her outfit and hair especially; even with watercolour you are so detailed! Is watercolour difficult for you? I've had quite of few of my friends tell me I should try it, and I really do want to but I'm kinda scared! It just seems so hard to work with; how did you fare with it? XD Obviously pretty well going from this piece! She is super adorable I'm not very familiar with Monster High, but I have seen the dolls and thought they were pretty cute! I thought, 'Why didn't they have this kinda stuff when I was a kid?' The younger generations now have all the cool stuff! But hey, I'm now into MLP so I'll look into the Monster High stuff too, especially if they are all as cute as her!

oh stop it yoooooooooo I used the water colour as a base and then used the pencils to add in my details. i am not skilled enough to blend my water colours and only rely on them and my brush I find water colour.... THE HARDEST FREAKING THING EVUR. i am not even joking, i never enjoyed it when i was a kid and i still dont enjoy it now. i think it might just be my way of thinking because i do treat them like i do my pencils, so i use the same steps on both mediums. but they are totally different things so you should alter your techniques. I dont like how water is well...water xD its not easy to tame and if your notcareful it will run every where. I find them a lot more difficult then paint because its hard to consistently get the same colour your looking for. but despite all that it is something you should try out xDD you might find out you really like them, and at least its something new to try. i know pencils can become pretty dull after awhile xD 

You should go to MonsterHigh.com and watch the webisodes on there! they have all 3 seasons posted, and they are only 2-3 minutes long each so it wont take up too much of your time XD   I cant even really remember what toys we had growing up... i think the only dolls we had were barbie, and eventually Bratz growing up in the 90's. i didnt care much for dolls when i was younger though. i didnt get into collecting them until i was older lmao. MH dolls are the most interresting toys i have ever seen. if i was little i would have loved to play with them because they arent all pink and girly xD

Watercolor is pretty difficult. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it still had it's differences from what I'm use to. Going from colored pencil to watercolor was a HUGE change XD I was so scared to put that first bit of color on my drawing, scared that it would run everywhere and ruin it Luckily it didn't too much though, and what did run I was able to use a tissue to soak it up That's a good little trick I found out if you ever use watercolor again; have tissues handy!

I like to go back and put in some small details with my color pencils too after it's all dry, I think it really makes the colors pop You should really use watercolor more though, it's so pretty!

It seems like kids now have all the cool toys. Every time I go into the store I'm like, 'Why didn't we have this growing up?' XD I'll check out those MH dolls though, they are super cool!

Haha I saw this doll today at work! It is a very nice looking doll and I am glad too see your pony works on them so good too! And water colors you say? Like paint? It looks pretty good for a combination of tools outside of your comfort zone. Though while I think that you could use more work with it if they might be paint but all in all you have done pretty good, keep it up Kittens!

you should have bought it for me xD just kidding...sort of i don't have her yet. Not only am i behind in drawing them i am behind in a few dolls. I blame living on my own, i just cant afford toys anymore

And yes water colours are just a dry form of paint that you add water too to make it as light or dark as you want. I always found it to be messy and difficult to work with. water tends to run into everything. I Couldn't agree with you more, i do need more practice xD
