Yay! Its my favorite 'soggy' fractal I've ever made, and I didn't alter much, just some color/lighting changes and the worlds smallest lens flare. Originally it was kinda yellowish pale green, and I just felt that blue purples were a much better thing for it.

Neutron stars, I think they are relatively famous cosmic oddities.. becasue I remember rambling to my friends in grade 4 about what they were... and I loved them ever since.

Basically dead stars, they are super dense blobs of matter, and when I say super dense, I mean SUPER dense. If you've ever picked up a peice of lead ore and compared it to some other rock, you can tell thats its ridiculasly dense. They say... that one teaspoon of the material on a neutron star is something like one million tons (or at least some number with a ton of zeros, like billion). Thats just crazy, lol. Oh course this means that they also have super strong gravity, to hold all that stuff together. They are also like balck holes that just wern't heavy enough to implode.

Great fun to imagine. This fractal is suposed to show matter flying out (or in, but I prefer out) of the star which is just a small spec in the center of the large bright ring (Neurton stars are only about 100km across, but weigh more than the sun) . So the mater has just ecsaped due to some sort of gravitational flux, and it flying off into space
