Had another go with the OC Influence meme with my 'The Bouncer' OC Lesley Cross. Tried to use HTML to make the text of the list smaller but for some reason it doesnt want to know even though it worked fine in my other submission of this meme ¬.¬

1) Jennifer from 'Rule of Rose':
My main character inspiration for Lesley. A quiet, reserved and shy young girl who was bullied by others and struggles to stand up for herself. Tohru Honda in #4 is how the bouncers are used to seeing Lesley behave but Jennifer is how she truly is with all the guilt and sorrow she carries over her shoulders.

2) Sayuri Sawatari from 'The Place Promised In Our Early Days':
Mainly her voice and her demeanor. It helps picturing how Lesley would speak and her body language in different scenarios. The outfit she is wearing in the image above is also something she would normally prefer to wear.

3) Elsa from 'Frozen':
Before you roll your eyes at this one, this is referring to the early parts of the movie. When I took my youngest sister to see this at the cinema, I couldnt help but notice personality-wise, she was like a blend between both Lesley Cross and Lesley Belli. Regarding Lesley Cross here, it relates to spoilers and her fears around it.

4) Tohru Honda from 'Fruits Basket':
Tohru is a great inspirational character for Lesley after she comes out of her shell and adjusts to living in DOG STREET. A quiet and shy girl yet likes to work hard and doesn't want to be burden to others.

5) Elena from 'Beyond The Black Rainbow':
An odd movie, to say the least. I only saw it once but a movie about a young girl who grew up in a facility and never got to see the outside world is a good source of inspiration for me.

6) Amy from 'AMY':
My main inspiration for Lesley as a child. A shame most didnt like this game because I did and would have liked to see it continue after the ending. A little girl who has a special gift but is also mute.

7) Kisa Sohma from 'Fruits Basket':
One might think its cheating to use 2 characters from the same anime for this meme but its true. While Tohru is inspirational for Lesley at her current age, Kisa is an inspiration for when she was a child. A little girl who was bullied to the point when she became mute. But after meeting Tohru who was kind and understanding towards her (like Haruko was to Lesley), she found the courage to talk again.

8) Young Jodie Holmes from 'Beyond Two Souls':
In the very first scene of the game, when I saw little Jodie was living in a facility but got to have her own room with toys and stuff, I was gobsmacked coz thats how Lesley's childhood was after being taken in by Mikado.
