Hmm...Overall it's pretty good, and I like how the coloring styles feel different from mech to pilot.
That said, her neck puts me off somehow, as well as her right foot. Maybe the pose overall is doing it?
Something about her face reminds me of kill la kill rather than ruby. Probably some of her youth is missing or something...
Ruby wouldn't cross over well to a straight shooter like D.Va... so that's kinda out of character. Something like Genji crosses over better! Same for modifying the mech for Reaping around with a Scythe.
The mech itself is perfect, just out of character as said before.

"I'm Combat Ready!" With Overwatch having hit incredibly high popularity, it's no surprise that one would want to make fan art of the series. Combining it with RWBY is an interesting choice, as while Overwatch is a very high intense sci-fi game, RWBY borders on the mixture of sci-fi and magic/fantasy. Regardless, the work itself is very well detailed and intricate in parts and structure chosen for the robot (which can be attributed to the overall design of the Omnic [Robots with Artifical Intelligence of Overwatch]), which serves the emphasize the sophistication of the robot standing behind Ruby. Smaller things like Ruby's Emblem and her name add nice little personal touches that relate it better to Ruby herself. As for the person in question herself, I can see the influence from D. Va, and however, I feel that it loses touch with the Ruby we're used to almost. If not for the small signs like her emblem and her name, I don't think I would have known it was Ruby, but since this is a crossover and an older version of Ruby, that's not really a big problem. Regardless, very nice work in the end.

So, basically everything I said about the work in progress pic still applies.
The coloring (which is freaking fantastic btw, though it seems like you used slightly different styles for Ruby and the mech? The intensity of the lighting on the two of them seems slightly different and their shadows don't line up with the angle of the lightning at all) definitely helped with the 'losing her head in the mech's crotch' problem.
While it's definitely clearer that this is Ruby, it's not immediately obvious, you need to get into the details of the decals and such to realize it. I still think a measure of design change like changing the metal thing on her stomach into her symbol or adding a hood would have helped a lot.
I get why you made the mech such a light color, to contrast Ruby herself, but you'd seriously think that Crescent Mecha would be the same brilliant red as Crescent Rose. Or at very least have parts of it that color <_<
Really, I can't criticize your technique, but the design of her outfit and the mech are basically pure Overwatch even *with* the decals and stuff you added. The only reason we can even tell it's Ruby is the fact that "RUBY" is literally on the mech as well as the symbols on her (And the mech's! Nice touch) thigh(s).
The decals are also really professional looking which I think actually detracts from the RWBY feel some. They're military decals, not "INDIVIDUALITY" decals.
So yeah, epic as all hell, as per usual. But it feels more like an alternate costume for D. Va than Ruby with a mech <_<
