Hey finally got around to posting the base!

Rules:
-Credit me @/Smolmidget or tag me idc
-If you see that someone is not tagging me please let me know!
-You may sell adopts on this base, use it for personal use, take commissions to color it in.
-You may alter the line-art any way you'd like.
-Do not resell the base or you will be blacklisted!!
-Please just pay with the button! If you would like to pay with paypal note me!
-If you have any issues with the file note me with proof of purchase! If you do not give
me proof I will not be giving you the base.
-These are PNG bases so if your program can't handle png for some odd reason i'd recommend
not buying them :^)
