Já havia prometido a muito tempo para um colega de Aikido (sim eu pratico Aikido) e ele não poupava esforços para cobra-la.Como eu não sou louco de fazer uma desfeita dessas para um camarada faixa preta, tive de pedir para o camarada Sous"milk" me dar uma forcinha de como fazer e qual estilo seguir.
Ele me mandou uma ideia e um vídeo bacana...

That was my first work using this painting technique.

By the way the technique is being performed, I'd say that's a kokyu-nage. A koshi-nage would have the opponent flying over the defender's hips.
