Glowing mushrooms + shadows = Win 
It reminds me of Zangarmarsh in WoW...one of my fave places. Good work, man, this looks absolutley killer, I can't wait to see it when you're done!

maybe add some distant haze, some glowing spores (is that how mushrooms spread? spores? like a dandelion...) To increase the magic/fantasy feeling you know
maybe a higher up nests with a ladder up to it

that looks great but i find you have to put a bit more green to the sky...
the glowing mushrooms... i think you should do them like lanterns on the ground. and i would add some soft green or orange glowing between the lamellars
anyway, great work as always
