i want to tell you something about your picture, tonight, i see this picture on you DA . I wonder, i can eat these food. but this is very impossibele, because i live in Indonesia. there are no Baqlawa in here. i never see and eat these food before see this picture.

I know to make some variations of baklava...and I try to make kadaif but that was disaster...Tryed to make tulumbe too...but they are not compact...bad recipe i belive
I don`t like heavy syrup-i always make with half sugar and lemon...
Best baklava is with papaver.Proper name is Sandokan baklava
