So, This is Noel. It's the first time that i drew her <__<
It's a lil' Gift for Christina Vee, the voice actress from Noel! ^o^
She was very happy about it <3 It's just a honor to hear from an very well known voice actress, that she like my drawing <3 I feel sooo good x3
