Description
Next up: Tenel Ka. First off, her outfit is kind of my own hybrid creation of some elements she's been described or pictured in before (like the lizard hide spaulder and boots, and the braided hairdo), and simple queenly gown with a wrap similar to the outfit in the Mucha work "La Dame aux Camelias" that this piece is based on. I decided to forgo any of the outfits she'd been pictured in in any of the official illustrations because, in my opinion, most of them are kind of gross. (That lizard skin shirt and vest thing? Not a fan.) Her old school full armor is kind of cool, but this is supposed to be adult Tenel Ka, and I wanted her to look more regal. Hopefully she's still recognizable and my costuming deviation is forgivable.
Comments, critiques, and cupcakes happily accepted. (Some feedback would be nice as these are now taking up pretty much all my free time. They've even trumped my work-outs a couple times, which is not good. )
