I REALLY like this photo. I live near the ocean. This is the everyday aspect that I see. Not the pretty vistas or fancy waves, but the dilapidated docks and industrial centers.
Good composision, just on the busy side without being horrible--I like it. Great colors. I think the only thing I don't like is how that post in the foreground blends into the dock in the background. It brings the dock too far forward and takes a lot of the depth out of the picture.
That said...I LOVE this.

I agree with the crit. I jes didnt have a boat and a chainsaw. Photoshop is always an option, be lot of reconstruction though. Thanx

Yeah. That was more of a "keep in mind for next time" crit than a "FIX THIS NOW" crit. And like I said, it's a great photo.

You can almost feel yourself standing on that pier with the water and the sky and the entire atmosphere... Very nice!
