It sucks that this is a closed species. I guess the artist has the power to do whatever they want, but if you're going to make it a closed species, do it for good reason (such as a way of funding). However, why can't they just do commissions???
To be honest, all they need is a little bit of change to avoid being a direct copy.

If you think about it, no species can truly be closed. Even if it existed as a "closed species", it is still possible for anyone to combine two real life animals at their discretion.

I love the style and concept. And I am jerk to say this but the colors seem to bright. I say I'm a jerk because it's meant to add to the character but it kind of makes it hard to look at. OTHERWISE, I love it. She is cute, colorful and lives upto her name.
