Probably not, this pattern is really old (my first ever in fact!) so it's something I personally don't think is too worth writing up. It's not too complicated though, it's really just assembling the body and then attaching the tail, limbs, and head separately.

Thanks! I think he's become my favorite overall, which is funny because I didn't really like it at first, but somehow it's just so irresistibly adorable now. I can't wait to see what he evolves into! Although now that we know Litleo doesn't lose his Normal typing I'm a little worried Helioptile won't either (purely from a design perspective, being immune to ghost is seeming like a much bigger benefit next gen).

This is very nice! If this is the second plush you've ever made, then it's really impressive. You're catching the 3D aspect, which is one of the most difficult part of plush making, relatively quick.
It's amazing how a high quality fabric like minky allows plushies to look professional. I'm no expert at plush making, but minky hides mistakes easy, so don't depend on the minky to hide the flaws in the plush. Practice good craftsmanship.
I think the best advice is to just keep practicing. If you notice some of the other plushmakers profiles, and if they've been on deviant art long enough, you really notice how they've improved greatly just by making lots and lots of plushies. So just keep making plushies! I wish you the best of luck! :]

Indeed, it's only the second one I've made ever. Luckily shape-wise this plush wasn't too complicated, although figuring out the pointed dome on the top of the head took a little experimentation. I was also surprised at how much minky hides the flaws; even with fleece, which I made my first plush with, the seam lines seemed to be quite a bit more noticeable than they are on minky, which I'd guess is due to the extra fuzz factor.
Thanks a bunch for the advice and feedback! I'm definitely looking to plush out as much stuff as I can before I go back to school, since there's no way I'm gonna have enough time to do it during school, heh. Should hopefully be able to finish the 2 mentioned projects by then.
