This is very well done. The hand on the fur collar really helps emphasize that sinister feeling. I especially enjoyed how you intentionally made Loki's face look unattractive. I think by making Loki look unattractive you are staying true to the character. Great job with this picture.

The horns are incredibly tricky, I'm still not happy with the way my Loki's horns turned out, I just haven't gone back to it. Yours looked fine before but I see what you're talking about.
