Hmm it's weird for me to say, but I think I liked the bulkier one better, just because he mad more of a final stage look to him, the redesign kind of looks like a middle form, if you were looking to stick to the starter "formula" that nintendo has lined out, it kinda goes CUTE -> Awkward Teenager -> WRECKING BALL
But the redesign kind of just goes CUTE -> Photogenic Teenager -> Classy Citizen
That's just my opinion but I personally liked that the cutest starter became a hulk looking version of himself xD Anyway you guys are great keep up the amazing work!

The shiny coloration looks much more ice-typed than the original.
I just want to suggest you to bring the frozen furr back, they was a epic and original part of Suraragi.

I agree to a point. If you took out the [middle stage] and just had this one, it would work just fine, however, I think the change from the first to the middle are similar to how much the middle changes to the final, and since it consistently changes, it works.
HOWEVER, I do think that the concept of the line is lacking. Aside from the colors, I don't see why they're Electric or Ice typed, and the final does seem to be lacking that sort of..."this is the end" quality that an adult pokemon usually has.

I really love Suraragi's re-design! The transformation from Dorisagi to Suraragi is really more evident here. By the way, the total base stat doesn't add up to 535; it's actually 588. If its base stat is supposed to be 535, I would suggest making its speed to 117 but it could just me tho...

Sorry, no. The old Suraragi was by far superior. This thing is kinda fat (even though that's a thing with the line) and the eyes feel wrong. The tail wrap was downgraded too.
