New Features :
• added upper toolbar (you can move the main window with it).
• added (close , minimize & maximize) buttons to the right of upper toolbar.
• added now playing title to the left of upper toolbar.
• added mute icon.
• and more......

Installation :
• Extract the .zip file to ( VideoLAN/VLC/skins ).
• Start VLC => Right Click => Preferences => Check to custom skin.
• Restart VLC (by closing and starting it again).
- if you already use a custom skin restart VLC as well - otherwise the fullscreen mode won't work.
