Description
I really wanted to do something for this contest, but I also wanted to explore some new media.. so I combined them
I'm not sure how good this really turned out, but I worked the background traditionally, and the character is digitally painted.
I worked from the main poster of the film, featuring the Mad Hatter.

I also wanted to express the impressions I got from the Hatter while watching the movie
He is a true mad character, yet his loyalty towards Alice does not change. From the beginning of the film, he shows how his friendship has not ceased since Alice's first visit to Wonderland.. and he later confirms that he would be ready to give up his life for her safety.

After one of the many epic battles .. the Mad Hatter's torn sleeves don't stop him from coming back to his usual tea party, welcoming you very warmly to join him!

If I were to go to that crazy place, I'd be Tarrant the Mad Hatter
