I'm writing a RWBY fancomic about Ruby being possessed by Cinder, and I named the fancomic Puppet!AU. "Puppet Ruby" is referring to Ruby's appearance while under Cinder's control. The dress she's wearing here is referring to the Chapter 3 title page.

But really, if you practice hard enough, you could get really good at drawing. I mean, you can see a vast difference in my art skills between chapter 1 and chapter 8. If I was still at the level of skill I was at when I started this project, there is no way I could've drawn chapter 8 the way I did. Practice makes perfect, and determination really helps. That's one of the reasons I started Puppet!AU, to improve my art.

I've always worked with what I call "Direct View" drawings. Like exact front or exact side. Now I'm trying other views. *sighs* I'm currently working on a piece from one of my fanfics BUT it's becoming rather taxing. Doesn't help that I haven't handled a musket forever either.

If I ever get a girlfriend (which I don't see happening for the forseeable future), I would never address her as "babe" or "bae." Despite it being normal nowdays, I don't see those as respectful nicknames.

I can ship Ruby with a lot of female characters. Weiss (OTP), Blake (OTP), Neo, Winter, Emerald, Pyrrha , Nora, Velvet, Coco, and rarely Cinder. Never with a male character though. Ruby is the only character I go crazy with shipwise.
I have no idea what might happen in volume 4. I can't wait to watch it though!

I go crazy with Yang too, I ship her with Blake (my favorite RWBY ship), Pyrrah, Neo, Neon Katt, and the Malachite twins. Never ship her with Ruby, I very very rarely approve of (serious) incest shipping. I don't know why, but it's very difficult to see Yang in a relationship with a guy.
Same here, but I was just thinking we're coming close to season 4 (still no trailer that I'm aware of) and I'm afraid they'll focus too much on team RNJR. That's not too big of a deal, but at the same time I want to know what else is going on with the rest of them.

The creators say that they're going to focus on all of them on their separate adventures. Maybe they'll alternate episodes

Ruby and Jaune is a big stretch for me too. I'd sooner support Arkos than I would RubyxJaune. (And you know I don't support Arkos. Sorry to those who like Arkos. 
Yeah. They said at the RWBY panel during RTX that volume 4 would focus on each of them as they go down their separate paths. I don't know if I'll be ready to see them separated for the first time, but I will endure. I'm really going to miss their old clothes though. I loved Ruby's black and red outfit. I feel it suits her more than her new outfit.

Arkos was pretty much the only ship we all knew was going to be canon, but it was sunk as soon as it sailed...
Anyway, that's some uplifting news for me! Look on the bright side, maybe their journeys will bring them back together.

Arkos = Titanic. Arkos becoming canon could be seen since their first interaction. (I was against the ship even back then to be honest.)
They're the four main protagonists, of course they'll get back together at some point. It'll be a while, but they will.

I legitimately hope they make White Rose canon. I would say that I have hope for Ladybug to be a good alternative, but the two have little interaction, which makes me sad, and it looks like Bumbleby is basically canon at this point.

They tease white rose and bumbleby so much that I hope RT will be ready for the riots if they decide to do anything else with them. All I ask that if they're going to do something else, for the love of God, do it right.

Yeah. If they tease us with White Rose and Bumbleby so much, and then give us something else, especially if it is so poorly written, they will have hell to pay, especially since those two ships are the most beloved ships of the show.
