To answer your question, here's the script for the first page...
She was a small mouse, wrong for the place but bold enough to approach their table. She tossed a bag of coin which sounded heavy where it landed mid table.
Vali quirked an eye brow.
“My sister,” the mouse began. “She was taken by raiders…”
Vali raised a dismissive hand. “Don’t do hero work.”
The mouse straightened and fixed the mercenary with a glare as fierce as war itself. “Let me finish. When we couldn’t pay a ransom, they returned her to us a part at a time.”
Vali smirked. “We can do vengeance.”
A darkness came over the tiny mouse’s white face. “I want annihilation.”
