the start menu is a rainmeter skin - you can find it among the links i gave. use taskbar eliminator [link] to remove the taskbar to make it look complete.

sorry i posted on the wrong comment - anyway the start bar is a rainmeter skin in one of the links i gave in the credits, look for it. Remove the taskbar with 'taskbar eliminator' and youre done.

well, for start menu first you have to install custom leopard or lion themes for xp - just search around for them on dA. Once youre done look for finderbar by landvermesser. Install and run, and you get the mac start menu instead of the crap we have in win xp and vista

i gave links in the comments that go to the skins and the wallpaper to make the pc look like this - but first you'll have to install Rainmeter at rainmeter.org - then go to each one of the pages and download the skins. Use rainmeter to customize the skins to make it look that way

what you want to do requires some tough editing for the new guy, so it's better to just search the dA gallery for a look-alike skin.

I would really like to try this one out but either the download button/link is broken and goes to the image of the skin, or all my three computers have a serious problem with this skin.
