He is very delicate and petite, but that's the normal physiognomy of the elves. I find his curving interesting, unusual for an elf, especially a magician. Mostly they are dressed very noble. Maybe the boy is a kind of forest elf. He wears rather rough leather and some feathers as jewelry. Very interesting and it fits him very well. His wand is impressive. Overall, a cute appearance.

i used parts of what i had in my library to make this outfit . i'm lacking of "Fantasy" Clothing in my library so i did with what i had . but i jmay try another style for him , a more " traditional" mage style . i justΒ need to find the product that will fit my vision for this character .

I just wanted to let you (and others) know that sometimes I use outfit and accessories not only because I like them, but because I don't have sufficient choices in my library to fully create what I have in mind. Same reason for "Project Helios" as I need clothing and scene props that fit the story and location to keep working on it.

Wonderful design for this young elf, The name Aranel sounds like a good one for his appearance. I like the tribal look your went with on the outfit, I'm actually trying to do a tribal type outfit for one of my OC's outfits though i'm doing a bit different then a normal tribal outfit as i'm trying to combined the tribal look with the mage type look of things like silk for the cloth and fancy jewelry of silvers and gemstones rather then just string, bones and feathers for the jewelry.

But a little too much brightness on his upper body so we can't see the toning details that well.

yes i did create my own gens texture for when i'll need them .
however i did not use this skin yet on an older character , and there is no point of using gens on a young character like him .
so yes he is a ken doll like every render i do when the character are wearing clothes .
