Issue No. 1 Cover for Die Hard Year One. God, I suck at drawing real people. I'm going to try to avoid doing likeness covers as much as possible.And 'yes' it's that Die Hard. The story starts at the beginning of John McClane's career.

The likeness in some of the other covers is spot on though. So it's not all that bad. This cover is very interesting. Great composition.

Year one? Man doesn't this guy get a break? I mean seriously if his first year as a cop is just as action packed as the movies, shouldn't he have keeled over by now from all the "excitement" in his life.
But even more seriously, nicely done; very stylish. Who cares if it don't look like "the man" himself? It's still quite good.

Spectacular layout. I love the body falling along the sleeve. I didn't realize McClane was making his comic book debut- I'm going to have to check this out, definitely. Die Hard is the best action flick ever!

Great work, and if anyone says anything, just tell them that Bruce Willis didn't ok the likeness that you originally drew, so you had to change it! I think it looks great!

That building and Hans falling in red reminds me of an old Daredevil cover.

Hans fell off the Fox "Nakatomi" Plaza building in Los Angeles. This cover features the Chrysler Building in New York City, which is where John McClain started his cop career.
I'm guessing Mr. Red Falling is some other scumbag with an elaborate terrorist plot to steal a few bucks.
