the way your hair falls across your face is quite delisciously serpient. It innunciates your skin and frames the features quite marvelously. Black and white photography suits your work well. Graphic and pure.

simply perfect. i've always felt that " art" is something that evokes an emotion (whether good or bad) and this sends shivers through my body as i look at it. the emotion is so raw, the expression so powerful (the wet hair is a perfect touch), the whole package is fantastically haunting.

when i looked at it, i saw a woman who is taking her breath before she starts her restlessness... obsessed... run again.
a run to catch up with a person, or something. but that look to the side seems like your aim is passed by you...
and you look a bit suprised.
i'd say you're looking like you don't understand how can that be when you've done all you can, and you put a lot of effort into it.
you're gonna give it another try... how long untill one of you surrenders?
(and surrending is not always a bad thing.. and why do i think i'm talking to myself? hum..... maybe it's because you always manage to take portraits of feelings, emotions, sensations. you take pictures of the inside, and then i see them with the glasses of my experience, and it all comes down to me because such an inside thing lays in me as well in you and the rest of the world. hum.)

Okay i've come back now that I've had my jaw reattached saying as it fell off when I first looked at this 
This is an extraordinarily powerful piece of work hon, its taken me all this time of looking, again and again like a broken record, convinced i'd seen enough but still needing to stop and stare again. This photograph evokes strong emotions and I couldn't figure them all out in the space of seconds.. hench *speechless*. When I get richer than my poor monetary student status, I'd love to buy a print of this from you Mary .. it is .. just an amazing piece of work. I can't explain how much of an impact it had on me, just trust that it has.
