from the self portrait shoot i did at my grandmother's house, in her room where i spent most of my time growing up - i had never been alone in that house until this time and it felt strangely familiar yet scary at the same time - i feel beyond "bare" (good and bad) when i am there.........

if you're a photographer and you never take self portraits - i suggest you try it some time - it is very cathardic and enlightening if you give it up and let it all go - trust me

i cannot thank you guys enough for making me feel safe as i do here
