The finished product!I think the shadows inside the hand at the bottom, see them? I think they are too linear. Anyway, otherwise I'm happy with it.
Help me with any proportional or otherwise anti-hand flaws you find please. 
Pencils 2B and 6B and a 3H for foundations
Time taken is unknown.
A4 size. (office paper / school exercise book paper / normal size

Hmmm... How to improve...
I think maybe you should have put more detail into the cloth behind, shading and stuff to give it more contrast for the hand. I think the front hand could have been darker considering the lighting from the photograph...
