Oh,Hmm In this pic I sketch them in paper.
In SAI Emm, In fact I use simple tool in SAI to sketch such 'pen' and 'brush'. opacity 60-90%
But if you want texture or feel like draw in paper you can set the texture of brush or texture of paper.
It depends on the person.
