On the other side of that coin.... I can never figure out why people stare at me either.. or glance, or look then look away... I.. don't try to ignore it, per se, but I realize there's nothing I can do about it until the day I get brave enough to ask someone why they were looking at me...
I'm sure it's just because two people are walking near each other and it's human nature to see what is in front of us.

oh gosh. me and my friends all dressed up as characters from harry potter to go see the movie earlier...

Yep. I never know what it is, some people just have more of a presence than others.
Lat night I was outside a movie theater, and there was a whole table of people sitting outside, watching me. I turn to a girl I know and said, "Are they staring at me?" "Yep!"
