Song used for title: "The well and the lighthouse"- Arcade fire [link]Here is the first shot from my Vincent photoshoot- I have changed the body suit, belts, new cape and new wig which I LOVE!
The gun is missing details- aka the hammers as I was trying to make it look less "real" so it wouldn't cause trouble, however I was sitll unable to bring it into the con- I based this gun design on the one he uses in the original ff7 games- a FULL cerberus is in the makes and will be out soonish (it is hard to shoot Vincent during the summer)

Hey there, im working on making my vincent cosplay, though i've done him before it was horrid. Mind if i ask, for some tips on how to make your costume, undergarments, cape etc. I've got a guy who's going to commission me a claw. I hope he does well, he's making it out of metal, brass to be exact.

yeah I am totally willing to give tips of any sorts? What kidna things are you wodnering? WOW metal is impressive, I don;t personally work with it cause I prefer vacume forming with plastic but that is cause that is how I was trained and ti is CHEAP. I am sure your claw is goign to look AH-mazing though!

I cant seem to find any decent reference pictures of what his under garments look like, and what material did you use? (might go to sending notes)

I used a faux leather, something thick so it would have shape and form, but wasn't to stiff. I found watching cutscenes from derge of cerberus was helpful for refference

it is a 50% human hair wig from this seller [link] it was expensive but worth the money :3, I then had my hair dresser cut t and as those wigs can be parted on any side I just flipped it over my face. I don't think they have it on sale right now but it was about 100-150, it was black had a side aprt in the pic and was wavy (as it is 50% human ahir you can straighten it no porb but the waves helped with body)

i cosplayed Vincent once aswell and since i don't cosplay anymore i'm glad to see that there are still some great Vincent cosplayer around.

it is a thin stretch wool... it has three colours woven into it so at a distance it has that almost unreal look, and it stretches in one direction so thta si why ti flows the way it does

Thank you very much <3 I am glad the stare turned out, it is hard to pose as cold characters, cause unless you are open to a camera you wont look good, however Vincent is not an open kinda guy, so I try and channel dark things >>
