Eboni's mother and the wife of King Vervic the Ultrian Cat. Being a demon cat Melinda is incredibly strong and when combined with her elemental spells she is extremely powerful. Since she was seperated from Eboni for 10 years, Melinda does everything she can to protect her. Despite her looks Melinda is actually really nice unless you do something to Eboni like kidnap her then she can turn real nasty with rage which Ultragon and his cronies learned the hard way. All adult demon cats have bat-like wings but Eboni isn't old enough for her's to start growing in her demon cat forme.
