We all experience love in our different ways.She's shy and, well.. I let you figure the rest of her out
Speed-ish paint, experimenting with colour and mark making, not so confident about it yet, but each drawing I get better
~Short hair can look so cute ^0^
I was looking at artists who use colour interestingly, though I didn't go as 'out there' as I would have liked, also used a beautiful girl I saw on tumblr to base the face off

Well i'll just blame you for the next generation of women having nose jobs, because the person they held up as the ideal beauty and intellect of their time had a short nose, and therefore you deprived them of the one representation of an admired long-nosed woman they might have had.
They would feel comfortable with their long noses if it wasn't for you!

Yes, I use a graphics tablet and draw most of my stuff onto computer now

It's not bad, but it's definitely not my favorite. But art work is like music, just cause you love the band doesn't mean your going to love every song.

It's tricky when you have quite a few people in expectation of your new artwork... I want to explore and try different things, but don't want to alienate my supporters.
I try not to worry about it as I can never please everyone all the time, and true supporters will stick it out for a bad drawing, a bad month or a bad year! XD

I say if you like it, if you pour yourself into it, it's good-- no matter what anyone else says.
I think it's wonderful that you want to challenge yourself by trying new styles because growth is a part of life and all your works have a life of their own and a story to tell. Besides, who knows if in a year I'll see it again and love it more than anything?
Your art speaks to me so strongly because in so many of the it's like you crawled inside my life and created what I needed to see. This just happened to be an occasion where it didn't work that way. But I have no doubt someone else needed to see this.
