THANK YOU FOR OVER 200 FAVES!
Finally finished! This took about 15 hours total to complete from start to finish. Done in Photoshop CS4.
Here we have a fan art of Gin from Bleach. I adore his character alot, and I started this picture after he first did his bankai in the manga. I love his eyes! So pretty~
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy! I had a lot of fun with the colors this round.
Thanks to everyone who helped out in livestream! I enjoyed your company. And if you weren't there I hope to see you on my next piece.

I can't say I'm a fan of Bleach (one of those things I always wanted to get into, but never got around to it), but this picture is beautiful- definitely worth a fave, fan or not!

Aww, thank you so much! If you ever get a chance to watch it or read it (I do both), I highly recommend it. It has its ups and down like most stories, but for me it has been overall quite enjoyable.

Kenpachi doesnt have a bankai!!! GRRRRR! i was hoping he'd get one sooner or later. i've been hoping he'd at least learnt he name of his friggin sword! >_<
but that was nice. gin wasnt as interesting as i thought

Haha, Kenpachi has yet to show up again in the manga. Last time we see him he's fighting a espada with Byakuya.
As for Gin, there is still alot of mystery around him. They revealed very little of his past other than how he and Aizen become villainous buddies. Still don't know what's up with the Rangiku thing and some of us think he's going to betray Aizen.

i know. i just watch the anime. they haven't gotten to him and Byakuya fighting Yammy yet, but i glanced over the plot stuff and saw those two fought him.
ohhhh he's got a thing for Rangiku? did they ever show that? if they did i dont remember lol
but it would be so awesome if he betrayed Aizen! i love it when bad guys go good or theres double agent stuff like that!
i'm also still waiting for Shunsui Kyōrakuedit(one of my favorite captains

He and Rangiku were children together and have a past it seems. In the manga Rangiku is often reminiscing him and making comments about why he always leaves her by herself. There is also the scene before he left for Hueco Mundo and he apologizes to her. Right now she's chasing after him and Aizen in the manga because she apparently wants some answers even though she's half dead.

i also cant wait to see more kenpachi while he's fighting yammy. i love watching him fight. im also going to feel bad when that arrancar with the guns dies(i'm not doubting that Shunsui is going to kill him). i was also sad when Grimjow died. and Muramasa(mixed reaction when he died really)

i'll never remember(and i've never KNOWN) Shunsui's name. i had to copy and paste it
before that, i just knew him as the guy in pink with the hat
but i like him because he's laid back and mellow and cool. wish i knew someone like that in real life
i miss kenpachi too!
he wasnt even in the Muramasa arc except near the END. he totaly killed emo-dudes sword with one hit

You really did an amazing job. That arm you had trouble with really looks good now that it is completed, I know it fought you! I really love the detail in the shading you did with only the few colors you worked with - doing something like that takes skills and you did amazingly on it!
