I finally finished this since it's been rotting in my files for months. And I got a bit lazy towards the end xD;;Enjoy the random mermaid girl.

And I like lights on it. And clooar-bones are amazing 
The only my critique will be... skin colour. At night it should be more greyish and... darker. And elbows are a bit strange...

I love painting scales, it's so much fun!
The arms showing through the water was pretty easy, I just blocked in the colour of her skin roughly and then blending over it with the water colours and a lower density brush.
